Are you a creator?
If you're a creator, you're in control of pricing. You decide each plan's price and how many messages it includes — make a $5 entry pack, a $10 main plan, whatever fits your audience. You keep 80% of every purchase (founding creators keep 90% for 12 months). Change your prices any time; existing buyers keep what they already paid for.

If it does: a $5 pack with a creator you already follow costs less than a coffee, and you only pay again when you choose to. The comparison that matters is simple — how often do you watch this creator? If it's regularly, their AI is almost certainly worth the entry pack.
Pricing questions
How does pricing work — is it a subscription?
It's a one-time top-up, not a recurring subscription. You buy a pack of messages with a creator (they set the price and the count, e.g. $5 for 10 messages). When you run low, you top up again — nothing auto-renews unless you choose to.
Do my messages expire?
Your credits stay valid for 30 days from purchase. One message you send = one credit. Unused credits within that window are still yours to use.
Why do prices differ between creators?
Because each creator sets their own. One creator's $5 pack might include more or fewer messages than another's — the exact count is always shown on that creator's page before you buy.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds follow Gumroad's standard policy. If a creator's AI was significantly broken or the persona was taken offline without notice, email hello@staraze.com and we'll sort it out. We don't want money from people who didn't get what they paid for.
What if my creator leaves Staraze?
If a creator removes their persona, you simply won't be charged again (there's no auto-renew). Any unused credits you already hold are honored while they remain valid.
Is payment through Staraze directly?
No — payment goes through Gumroad. Clicking Subscribe opens the creator's Gumroad page in a new tab; pay there, come back, and your messages unlock within a few seconds. Gumroad handles currency conversion (USD, GBP, EUR and more), and supports cards/PayPal where available in your country, including Pakistan and India.
