Refund Policy

1. Overview

Staraze is committed to your satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting refunds on subscription purchases made through our platform.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within the following conditions:

2.1 Within 7 Days of Purchase

If you initiate a refund request within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, you are eligible for a full refund of the subscription fee (minus any payment processing fees if applicable).

2.2 Cancellation Before Renewal

You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refund is issued for the current billing period once it has begun.

2.3 Duplicate Charges

If you have been charged multiple times for the same subscription due to a system error, you are eligible for a refund of the duplicate charges. Please contact our support team with proof of the duplicate charges.

2.4 Service Unavailability

If you paid for a subscription and the service was unavailable for more than 30 consecutive days due to issues on Staraze’s part, you may request a refund for that period.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions in effect for more than 7 days
  • Subscriptions cancelled after the 7-day refund window
  • Subscriptions for which you received full access to content
  • Subscriptions purchased with promotional or discount codes (unless the promotion terms state otherwise)
  • Refunds requested more than 90 days after purchase

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Staraze account
  2. Go to Account Settings → Subscriptions
  3. Click "Request Refund" on the subscription you wish to refund
  4. Provide a reason for your refund request
  5. Submit the refund request form

Alternatively, you can contact our support team at support@staraze.com with your request, subscription details, and the reason for your refund.

5. Refund Processing

Review Period

Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days.

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Notification

You will receive an email notification when your refund request has been processed.

6. Refund Rejection

Your refund request may be denied if:

  • The request is submitted outside the eligibility period
  • The subscription does not meet the refund criteria
  • The request appears to be fraudulent or abusive
  • You have already received a refund for this subscription

If your refund request is denied, we will provide an explanation via email. You may appeal the decision by contacting our support team with additional information.

7. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. This prevents future charges but does not refund the current billing period.

Refund

A refund is a reversal of a charge that has already been processed. Refunds are only available under the specific conditions outlined in this policy.
